This is a working draft of the terms members are asked to accept, covering the policies already agreed. It has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor and should not be treated as final until it has.
1. Membership Billing
Membership is billed monthly at a fixed rate regardless of attendance. There are no refunds or credits for missed events — by joining, you accept this risk. Courses are booked for full faction capacity (60 members) regardless of actual turnout on the day.
2. Guest Bookings
Each member has 2 guest invites, usable on any event, subject to availability (first come, first served). Guest green fees are charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
3. Application & Approval
Membership applications are reviewed before any payment is taken or account created.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation terms and data handling on cancellation are covered in the Privacy Policy's data retention section.
